Ruston 12RK270 Reconditioned Bedplate supplied

We are pleased to announce the supply of another Major Engine Component to a Ruston / MAN RK270 engine operator.

This time the item was a Reconditioned Bedplate for a 12RK270 engine, which with a tight time line (as ever!) involved having to remove the complete 12RK270 engine from site in the UK, bring it back to our site in Wigan, UK and allocate a team of our in house Service Engineers to strip the engine to prepare the Bedplate for inspection and reconditioning.

All the required work was completed inside the time allocated for the job and the Bedplate was despatched to the customer a mere 10,000 miles away.
